Google finally has a link to company’s privacy policy on its home page. Saun Hansel of NY Times recently wrote about the need of a link to privacy policy on googles’ home page. He then pointed out how Google violated the California law.

Firefox 3 Beta 5 released

Finally, the final beta of Firefox 3 (Beta 5) is released. Final beta of of FF3 includes more than 750 changes from the legacy beta 4, improving stability and web compatibility, providing platform and user interface enhancements, and resulting in the fastest Firefox ever. Many of these improvements were based on community feedback from the previous beta.

Opera and Webkit passes Acid test 3

Acid Test 3 had repercussion in web browser community these days. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari and other browsers have been constantly working hard to succeed in Acid Test 3. Till date, Opera and Safari(webkit engine - r31342) are only browsers to claim to have scored 100/100.
