AOL and Bebo has entered into an agreement of $850 million. By signing agreement, Bebo, social media network, will be apart of of AOL. With addition of more than 40 millions members of Bebo, AOL will have more than 80 millions members putting it in driver seat in the fast-growing social media market.

Bebo was lauched in 2005 and is a part of Open Media and Open Social. It is to be noted that AOL’s internet prospect is declining for some time. This might be the breathtaking move to fill life to sinking AOL era. This is also a hint merger of AOL and Yahoo are unlikely.
